Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we need it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand (PDPA).
Who processes your data
The data controller is BORN ARCHITECTS COMPANY LIMITED, a company registered in Thailand and working under the name Born Architects. Its registration number and registered address are listed at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form yourself, plus technical data your browser sends to any website.
- Name — to address you properly in the reply
- Email — to send the reply
- Phone or WhatsApp, if you provide it — an alternative way to reach you
- The text of your message
- With your consent — anonymous usage statistics: pages viewed, approximate region, type of device
Why we need it and on what basis
Enquiry data is processed to answer you and to discuss a possible project — that is, at your own request and in order to take steps before a contract. Analytics is processed only on the basis of your consent, which you give in the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not build profiles for marketing.
Who else sees it
To run the website and receive your enquiries we use several services. They act as processors and see only what is technically required.
- Telegram — enquiries from the form are delivered to our internal chat
- The hosting provider that serves this website
- Google Analytics — only if you allowed analytics cookies
Transfer outside Thailand
The services listed above operate on servers outside Thailand, so your data leaves the country. We use only providers that offer contractual data-protection commitments. Analytics data leaves Thailand only after you have consented to it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation with you is live, and afterwards for up to three years — so that we can pick the discussion back up and confirm what was agreed. Analytics is kept according to the settings of Google Analytics and does not identify you personally.
What you can ask us to do
Under the PDPA you have the right to ask us to do any of the following. Write to the contact below — we reply within 30 days.
- Show what data about you we hold, and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your data
- Stop or restrict the processing
- Withdraw your consent to analytics
- Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes materially, we update the date below and ask for your cookie consent again.
