Resort condominium near Bang Tao beach

A tropical resort, not a block of flats
Two buildings, 132 and 121 apartments, 750 metres from Bang Tao beach. The project is planned as a resort: every balcony carries its own garden, corridors are open and naturally ventilated, and water runs through the whole site — in the courtyard, around the perimeter and on the roof.

On the roof is a 56-metre infinity pool, the longest rooftop pool in Phuket, with a hammam and Finnish sauna, a cocktail bar, an open-air cinema and a yoga terrace.
Downstairs: a 24/7 reception, a restaurant, coworking, a gym overlooking the pool, a kids' club and parking for 75 cars.

Day and night
In the evening the façades and paths light up, and the courtyard pool glows like a night sky.

Five pools — roughly one for every fifty apartments. Ground-floor apartments open straight onto the water, with higher ceilings and the feel of a villa.
The building permit (No. 243/2569, both buildings) and the EIA are approved; handover is planned for the first quarter of 2029.

Sales pavilion and show apartment
Next to the site stands the sales pavilion, with a full-size apartment built inside so buyers can walk through the real layout and finishes. Photos: Ilya Perelude.
