The main goal was to maximize and fully reveal the surrounding views. The architectural layout and glazing were carefully composed to frame the landscape, bring sunlight deep into the interior, and create a bright, open atmosphere throughout the villa.

We specialize in complex sites, where our experience and expertise allow us to develop original and efficient architectural solutions. Hillside Villa is a clear example: the steep slope required a non-standard approach to both the layout and the building placement.
Through a carefully developed composition, we achieved a bright, sunlit interior while preserving panoramic views of the bay from the northern façade. The architecture reflects bold geometric forms and a refined minimalist character.

Another key strength of our approach is efficient resource management. The house is designed to minimize heating costs in winter and cooling demand in summer, taking into account the terrain, functional performance, and high aesthetic standards.
